Ingredients: Chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, Coriander, Mustard, Fenugreek, Ginger and Salt For the Real Taste Fish Curry; 1) Fish 1kg 2) Real Taste fish masala 3 tablespoons 3) 5 Shallots or 1 small onion sliced and chopped 4) Sliced ginger 2 tablespoons 5) Sliced garlic 2 tablespoons 6) green chili 3 nos 7) Cambodge(kudampuli) 4 pieces 8) curry leaves 2 stalks 9) Oil 3 tablespoons 10) mustard 1 tbsp 11) salt to taste 12) water as needed 13) coconut milk optional

Preparation:1. Prepare the Base: • Heat oil in a pan. • Add mustard seeds and let them crackle. • Add sliced ginger, garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. • Sauté well until golden brown. 2. Cook the Masala: • Lower the heat. • Mix 3 tbsp Real Taste Fish Curry Masala with 3 tbsp water to make a paste. • Add the paste to the pan and sauté until the aroma is released. 3. Build the Curry: • Add cambodge (kudampuli) and salt, stirring well. • Pour in enough water depending on the gravy consistency you prefer. • Bring it to a boil. 4. Cook the Fish: • Gently add the fish pieces, ensuring they are submerged in the gravy. • Cover and cook until the fish is fully cooked and tender. 5. Final Touch: • If using coconut milk, add it at the end and simmer for 2 minutes. • Serve hot with steamed rice or appam.
